II. What personal data and for what purposes we process

1. Communication and contact requests

If you contact us by email, phone, or via a contact form (if available), we may process your name, contact details, and the content of the communication. The purpose is to respond to your inquiry or handle your request. The legal basis is, depending on the circumstances, our legitimate interest in communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or the performance of measures prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2. Reservations and service provision

If the website allows booking or ordering a service, we process the data necessary to fulfill it, such as name, contact, date, and order details. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The scope of data depends on the actual reservation system used.

Personal data may be made available to hosting providers, IT support, reservation system providers, accounting or legal services, and authorized public authorities to the necessary extent. If an external supplier processes data on our behalf, an appropriate legal and contractual regime must be ensured.

V. Transfers to third countries and automated decision-making

Information on any transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards used, and any automated decision-making including profiling will be supplemented according to the services actually used. Without verification of providers of analytical, mapping, video, or reservation tools, it cannot be confirmed that such transfers do not occur.

VI. Your rights

Under the conditions set by the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15), their correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), and data portability (Art. 20). You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You can send a request to the controller's contact address. We usually inform you about the request within one month of receipt; in legally specified cases, the period may be extended. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may request appropriate supplementary information.
